Maintenance Technician

Job Responsibilities

In the role of maintenance technician, your primary task is to prevent operational disruptions and ensure stable and efficient production. The daily work mainly consists of mechanical maintenance, but you will also have the opportunity to develop within new technologies and modern methods for condition monitoring, such as:

• Vibration measurement

• Drones technology

• Ultrasound instruments for leak detection and vibration measurement

You will be part of a close-knit team consisting of seven maintenance technicians with an accompanying team leader. The work is performed both independently and in close collaboration with colleagues.

The position is varied – both in terms of tasks and work environment – as HEM has several different types of facilities located around Halmstad.

The employment is a permanent position during daytime hours. On-call duty is included.

WHO ARE YOU?

We are looking for a mechanic who has relevant education and experience. Good computer skills are important as most tasks are generated and processed through our maintenance system, MaintMaster. Experience from similar operations is an advantage.

As a person, you are solution-oriented, and the work requires that you can accept and manage freedom under your own responsibility. You have your own drive and see what needs to be done in the daily operations and are eager to take initiatives to develop it. Good collaboration skills are essential for us. We place great importance on your personal qualities.

You have a B driver's license, and it is a plus if you have training certificates for forklift, wheel loader, work platform, overhead crane, and hot work.
